Townhomes overlook prairie or forested land and have walkout basements with the primary living on the upper level. Each townhouse home has a single garage with two bedrooms (one up and one down) and two and a half baths. The lower level has an extra living area.
The caretaker of Cottage Glen maintains the gardens around the townhomes so homeowners do not have the responsibility of personalizing or maintaining their gardens. Homeowners frequently will add tubs with flowers or garden.
