The Cottage Glen Community

Cottage Glen is a cozy condo community located in northern Door County. We are nestled in the woods of Ellison Bay within walking distance of the shores of Green Bay. Our condo community is composed of single family cottages, garden duplex cottages and four plex cottages with basement walkout. At our Clubhouse we have two community pools... one indoor and one outdoor, a weight and exercise room, a community commons with kitchen and outdoor tennis courts. 

With a low density of only 53 planned units (and with 35 completed units at this time)  our community is filled with green space, a wildflower prairie, woods with walking paths.

Many of our homeowners have created special garden spaces. This combined with the character of the dwellings creates a unique ambiance that blends with the character of Door County.
